Abstract: (4026 Views)
Over the past several decades, in the evolution of multijunction solar cells based on different combinations. However their layer deposition is Subjected to an appropriate band gap of each layer with adjacent layers in order to increase the efficiency . In this paper the design and optimization of multijunction solar cells is described by sing a new method .Then several types of solar cells simulations by are done using SILVACO TCAD software And current-voltage curves were compared during simulation.
