In this paper, the fabrication of tunable pulsed Ti: sapphire laser with narrow spectral linewidth has been studied. Different setups have used as laser cavity in which prism and etalon have used as wavelength selector in different configurations. Ti: sapphire crystal has longitudinally pumped by a second harmonics Q-switched Nd: YAG laser with 10 Hz repetition rate. Experimental results obtained from different setups of this laser have reported and these results have compared with each other. Spectral linewidth of different laser cavities has studied which by using a dual prism, internal cavity setup with one etalon, spectral linewidth will reduce down to 0.07nm. This laser using prism and rotating output mirror has the capability of 140nm tuning too.
