In this study, we first considered the optoelectronic properties of two perovskite unit cells (MaSnI3 and CsPbI3) separately and then the effects of perovskite heterojunction structure formation (MaSnI3 / CsPbI3) on their optical and electronic properties were studied. The studied heterojunction structure is composed of unit cells of the mentioned perovskites (MaSnI3 and CsPbI3) which by changing the number of cells of the heterojunction structure unit, we see a change in the gap of the whole system and also these changes in the gap will cause displacement in the absorption peak.
