Abstract: (656 Views)
Different techniques have proposed for detection of covered substances and pharmaceutical samples without damaging them. Pharmaceutical samples with turbid cover cause of more fluorescence could not be detected by conventional Raman. In this project one of these techniques based on Raman spectroscopy was demonstrated which called Inverse SORS and it has used to detect acetaminophen tablet in usual coloure covers in pharmacies like white, yellow and red. Results show, by using this matter picks which hidden in conventional Raman have appeared and high signal to noise ratio was registered.
