Considering a system consisting of two qutrits ( -type three-level atoms) interacting with a two-mode quantized field in a high quality cavity and in the presence of counter rotating terms, we solve the time-dependent Schrödinger equation for the mentioned system. Then, we calculate the linear entropy (in order to investigate the entanglement dynamics of different subsystems in the presence and absence of a rotating wave approximation) for this system. Our numerical results show that death and then birth of entanglement occur in some cases. Also, the collapse-revival phenomena are clearly visible in these studies, which the number of them and thus entanglement fluctuations, can be changed according to the different chosen values ​​for the effective parameters in the desired model (in the absence of a rotating wave approximation relative to its presence). In addition, nearly stable entanglement can be observed in some particular conditions.
