Abstract: (782 Views)
In this paper, the structure of an inorganic perovskite solar cell consisting of FTO/i-ETL/CsPbI3/i-HTL/Au was simulated by SCAPS-1D. electrical efficiency and quantum efficiency were calculated in two conditions : with virtual layer IDL1 and IDL2 and without them. The interface recombination layer between the IDL layers and the perovskite was considered. In this structure, SnO2 and Spiro OMeTAD was used as the electron transfer layer and hole transfer layer, respectively. To consider the influence of interface recombination, the thin virtual layer (IDL1 and IDL2, not indicated in the figure) between HTL/CsPbI3 was considered to simulate a more realistic situation. By considering the Interface recombination defects, the electrical efficiency of this structure has decreased from 13.15% to 11.91%.
