Abstract: (881 Views)
In this paper, we synthesized graphene oxide (GO) loaded with silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) composite structure as an effective surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) substrate via nonequilibrium plasma jet method. The hybrid materials were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman spectroscopy. The FESEM images confirm that graphene oxide surfaces were decorated by AgNPs. GO exhibits distinctive Raman scattering for its D and G band, which are at 1355cm-1 and 1590cm-1, respectively, but are too week for sensitive quantitation purpose. By deposition AgNPs on the surface of GO. Both D and G bands of GO get enhanced.
Keywords: surface enhanced Raman scattering, none equilibrium plasma jet, graphene oxide, silver nanoparticles
