Abstract: (853 Views)
Recently unique properties of lanthanide upconversion nanoparticles have received much attention in applications such as biomedical engineering, biology, and photovoltaic. In this research, we investigate the energy transfer in an upconversion nanocomposite. Here, we demonstrate the energy transfer between NaYF4: Yb3+, Tm3+, upconversion nanoparticle which is excited by a 980 nm laser and ruthenium metal complex with emission at 550 nm.
