The low noise, high performance and no wear-out has made the Hemispherical Resonator Gyroscope (HRG) the high value choice for aerospace industry. One of the parts of a Hemispherical Resonator Gyroscope is its hemispherical shell Resonator (HSR). It is possible to Implementation the μHSR in three technique by micromachining, blow-torching and glassblowing. In this article, after a brief introduction and comparison of possible approaches to make a hemispherical shell, the glass blowing method is selected and the sub-processes of this method are introduced and the results of its implementation are reported. The fabrication of hemispherical shell with different radius include radius of a shell with 1.5 mm and radius of stem has been done. In this process, the height of the shell is 100 micrometers. Also, in this fabrication method, by increasing the blowing sub-process in order to control the temperature process in the cooling stage of the part, the increase of crystallization in the shell is prevented.
