In this article, we consider the two-mode Jaynes-Cummings model i.e. a system consists of a two-mode cavity interacting with a two-level atom. Based on the solution of time-dependent Schrodinger equation, we obtain the wave function of the atom-field system and study some quantum properties of the system. Specially, dynamics of the atomic population inversion and quantum entanglement will be investigated and to reach this aim, we use the von-Neumann entropy measure. Appearance of nonclassical features during the evolution of the system is shown using Mandel parameter. Finally, the overlap of initial and time-evolved states will be explored using the fidelity.
