Abstract: (939 Views)
In this paper, an adsorbent structure consisting of a phosphorene layer on grating Al2O3 is designed and simulated on a gold reflective substrate using the finit element methode. Based on the unique properties of phosphorene, via changing the geometric parameters and the radiation light angle, the structure presented, shows the absorption of over90% by intensifying the interlayer of phosphorus and Al2O3 dielectric due to excitation and amplification of surface plasmons at the grating edges. Due to their high absorption of electromagnetic waves (~100%) and their ability to adjust the absorption of specific wavelengths of the electromagnetic spectrum in the mid-infrared region, these optical absorbers have many applications in electro-optics, photovoltaic, energy absorption and etc.
