Abstract:   (929 Views)
In this paper, the nonlinear optical properties of two-dimensional and three-dimensional structures of organic-inorganic hybrids used in the new generation of solar cells, light emitting diodes and optoelectronic devices are presented. We investigated the nonlinear optical properties of 3D CH3NH3FeCl3 hybrids and 2D (CH3(CH2)3NH3)2FeCl4 and (C6H5(CH2)2NH3)2FeCl4 using a Z-Scan technique, by continuous laser beam with a wavelength of 532 nm. Nonlinear refractive index, nonlinear absorption coefficient and third order susceptibilities is determined under laser excitation. The effect of organic cation on the nonlinear optical properties of the structures have been studied experimentally. We hope to use these structures in nonlinear optical devices.
