Abstract: (2112 Views)
In this paper, in order to recognize the optical characteristics of human brain cells of the U87MG cell line, by adding 20 nm gold nanoparticles at different concentrations to four cell samples, and by Z-scan technique, the nonlinear refractive index (0/294, 1/35, 1/72 and 4/85) × 10-7 (cm2/W) have been obtained and also linear absorption for all samples have been calculated.
Keywords: Glioblastoma multiform, Gold nanoparticles, U87MG cancer cell line, Nonlinear refractive index, Z - Scan technique.
