Abstract: (1769 Views)
An array of graphene ribbon has been studied and simulated in the mid-infrared spectrum. It was observed that change the wavelength of resonance with slight changes in the concentration of doping of graphene ribbons can be achieved.
The simulation shows that by modulating the Fermi-energy between 0.2 ev and 0.25 ev for the arrangement of the 4-layer graphene ribbon, it could be 0.94
in the shift of the wavelength, compared to 0.85
for the state single layer. These outlook provide the way for graphene-based ultra-fast devices for infrared and terahertz applications.
The simulation shows that by modulating the Fermi-energy between 0.2 ev and 0.25 ev for the arrangement of the 4-layer graphene ribbon, it could be 0.94
