fa بررسی خواص نوری گرافن تحت تغییر پتانسیل شیمیایی تخصصی Special پژوهشي Research در این مقاله اثر جابجایی پتانسیل شیمیایی بر خواص نوری گرافن در دمای 300 K بررسی شده است که برای این کار رابطه پتانسیل شیمیایی و چگالی الکترونی بر واحد سطح را بدست آورده ایم سپس اثر تزریق الکترون توسط گیت یک ترانزیستور نوری را بر پتانسیل شیمیایی بررسی و اثر آن را بر خواص نوری گرافن تحقیق نموده ایم و در پایان اثر دما بر پتانسیل شیمیایی را مطالعه کردیم. نتایج نشان داد تغییر دما از 0 K به 300 K تغییری برابر 3 mev در 0 V در پتانسیل شیمیایی بوجود آورد. In this paper the effect of shifting the chemical potential on the optical properties of graphene has been investigated at 300 K. For achieving this goal the relation between chemical potential and the electron density is calculated and then effect of electron injection from the gate of a phototransistor on chemical potential is considered and finally effect of chemical potential on optical properties of graphene has been investigated. We also studied effect of temperature on the chemical potential.
