fa بررسی هندسه ساختارهای خودبه‌خودی پس از اندرکنش با تپ‌های فوق کوتاه تخصصی Special تجربی Experimental در این تحقیق هندسه ساختارهای خودبه‌خودی تشکیل شده روی سطح ویفر سیلیکون پس از اندرکنش با تپ‌های فمتوثانیه بررسی شده است. در شار انرژی نزدیک آستانه کندوسوز، ساختار تشکیل شده مطابق نیمرخ عرضی لیزر بوده و دایروی است؛ با افزایش انرژی و تعداد تپ، ساختارهای خودبه‌خودی روی سطح ایجاد می‌شوند که در ابتدا شکل منظمی ندارند. با افزایش بیشتر انرژی و تعداد تپ، رفته رفته ساختارهای خودبه‌خودی اشکال هندسی سه ضلعی و چهار ضلعی به خود می‌گیرند. در نهایت،  نشان داده شده که با افزایش انرژی منتقل شده به سطح (چه از طریق تعداد تپ و چه با افزایش شار انرژی تپ‌ها)، هندسه ساختارها از حالت اولیه دایروی به شش وجهی منتظم که پایداری بالایی دارد، تبدیل می‌شود. In this research, the geometry of spontaneous structures formed on the surface of the silicon wafer after interaction with femtosecond laser pulses has been investigated. At the energy flux near the ablation threshold, the structure formed is in accordance with the Gaussian profile of the laser and is circular; As the energy and number of pulses increase, spontaneous structures form on the surface that does not initially have a regular shape. As the energy increases and the number of pulses increases, the spontaneous structures gradually take on triangular and quadrilateral geometric shapes.
