fa تزویج نور و اندازه‌‌گیری تلفات در موجبرهای SU8 تخصصی Special تجربی Experimental <strong>چکیده </strong><strong>&ndash;</strong><strong> در این مقاله ابتدا به تفسیر ، نحوه انتشار و&nbsp; برخی خصوصیات موجبرهای نوری پرداخته &nbsp;شده است. در ادامه مزایای ساخت موجبر با مواد پلیمری ، خواص مهم آن‌ها آورده شده است. سپس به شرح اهمیت و انواع تلفات در موجبرهای نوری پرداخته‌ایم. پس از آن، فرایند ساخت موجبر پلیمری و چیدمان‌های مورد نیاز برای لیتوگرافی آن با ماده </strong>SU8<strong> که نوعی فتورزیست منفی است به طور کامل آورده و در نهایت به شرح فرایند کوپل نور از طریق فیبر نوری، درون موجبر ساخته شده و اندازه‌گیری تلفات پرداخته شد که </strong><strong>مقادیر اتلاف 12/0 و 9/0 و 11/0 بر حسب </strong>dB/cm<strong> به ترتیب برای طول موجهای 650 و 980 و 1550 نانومتر به دست آمده است</strong><strong>.</strong> Abstract- In this paper we described the importance, propagation&nbsp;method and some specification of optical waveguides. In the following, profits&nbsp; and important feature of polymeric waveguides were explained. Then, fabrication process of&nbsp; kind of polymeric waveguide with SU8 which&nbsp;is&nbsp; a negative&nbsp;photoresist and necessary&nbsp;set-up for lithography&nbsp;were completely described.
